Please visit our distributor site and you can directly place your order online for your LUM-TEC watch. There are also many other parts to look at on the site that are offered as well.

You can also now order directly with paypal through http://www.lum-tec.com

I must compliment European distributors:

KAB TIME http://www.kabtime.sk/
TOP TIME http://www.toptime.eu

So far they have been very helpful and promptly answered all my e-mails. Now waiting to finish the payment and delivery.

If you are in Asia you can use our HK service center for repairs. They are really good! We found a gem of a service shop to help out over there. Also our Slovakia service center is 1st rate as well.

Perhaps I missed something, I have ordered 5 watches through the LUM TEC site and received 3 of them, but the wrist watch bands seem too small on 2 of them, (M9 andM19). Is there an option somewhere for a bigger band, what is the standard size that comes with the watches? I just received them and have not worn them, because I cannot believe that the average person has a wrist this size, not to mention it would be uncomfortable.
