Eligibility:

Only the first 2,500 members are eligible. At the 2,500 mark of membership, the "W&CF Great GiveAway" promotion will end, and a drawing will commence in 30 days.

All members entering the contest will have 30 days to post the minimum number of posts to comply with the Rules. (see Rules)

Owners/Administrators/Moderators, and employees of W&CF, and the Sponsors and Advertisers of W&CF are not eligible to win.

Only “members in good standing" are eligible to win.

Rules:

1) Only one entry per member or household.

2) If the e-mail address is invalid, another winner will be awarded the prize.

3) Winning member must be active and have at least 10 posts at the time of the contest drawing to be eligible to win.

4) Winners must allow W&CF to use their name and likeness (photographs) for promotional purposes.

5) No purchase necessary.

6) All entries must be received within 30 days of W&CF reaching the 2,500 membership level.

7) W&CF owners, moderators, employees, administrators, and the Sponsors and Advertisers of W&CF are not eligible to win.

8) Contest is void in states (United States) or countries where prohibited.

9) Only “members in good standing" are eligible to win. Members with warnings or members who have been banned from the Forum are ineligible.

10) Any winner from outside the United States is responsible for any duties, taxes, tariffs, fees, surcharges, or any applicable import fees specific to that country.

How a winner is chosen

1) First there will be a drawing for which prize package the drawing will be for.

2) The winner will be chosen at random from the postcards received for each prize package.

3) Once a winner is chosen for a prize, that winner is ineligible to win any other prize.

Prize Award Date:

Winners will be notified within 48 hours of the drawing.

Prizes will be awarded within 30 days from the date the W&CF winning member replies to his/her notification of winning.

Winners will be notified by e-mail only. Also, the winners username only will be posted on W&CF.

If the prizes are not claimed within 30 days of the winner being first notified, another winner will be chosen.
